For over 15 years I was in a dark place which led me to creating self-care routines to keep me in the present moment and build a strong foundation for myself. I needed something tangible that allowed me to understand my reality which led me into a journey which started with perfumery before expanding into skincare and even cosmetic products, like shimmery butters and creamy eye shadows.With a love for Ayurvedic Medicine, Psychology + Cosmetics I dived into the world of Herbalism, Alchemy and the impact that plants and self care have on our mental health. Not only is the practice of self-care for our own mental and physical health but it encourages us to care for the communities we’re a part of.
