Perfume: Dab stick behind ears, along neck, collarbones, wrists & behind knees then rub in. Reapplication may be required if you’re on the go for quite a few hours. Yoga or Meditation: Dab stick on the forehead,  roll along the throat, spine, belly, hips, thighs & ankles then massage in.Patch Test Dab onto forearm/behind knees & leave for 24hrs.
