INGREDIENTS:Jojoba Golden Organic Oil: Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil French Lavender Pure Essential Oil: Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil Chamomile Extract: Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract Lemongrass Pure Essential Oil: Cymbopogon Flexuosus (Lemongrass) Oil Patchouli Pure Essential Oil: Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Oil Peppermint Pure Essential Oil: Mentha Arvensis (Peppermint) Oil Clove Bud Pure Essential Oil: Syzgium AromaticumHOW TO USE: Shake well. Tension Relief: Roll stick over temples, forehead, neck, shoulder blades, spine, hips or other problem areas then massage in. Stay hydrated & rest well. Before or After Workout: Roll stick along shoulders, biceps, forearms, spine, hips, thighs, calves and ankles then massage in. Yoga or Meditation: Dab stick on the forehead,  roll along the throat, spine, belly, hips, thighs & ankles then massage in.Patch Test Dab onto forearm/behind knees & leave for 24hrs.
