Robyn Zwar is a Melbourne-based graphic designer and travel photographer. She combines her passion for history, colour, pattern and texture to create unforgettable artworks that celebrate the imperfect beauty of age-worn subjects, both heroic and humble.
Zwar Art is a love letter to history, design, travel and art – inspired by destinations both near and far. By creating and sharing images of beautiful places and vintage finds, Robyn hopes to take you on a visual journey you will never tire of. A great escape, right there, in your own home (or the home of lucky person you decide to gift an original Zwar Art print to!). Enjoy and treasure your artwork!
Robyn is in a constant state of exploration – delving down forgotten laneways, gazing up at decaying buildings, or sifting like a magpie through bowers of vintage finds that can be reimagined and invigorated with pattern and colour. Robyn shoots all her own photos, sources and re-purposes vintage treasures which evolve into original artworks and greeting cards by way of her design skills. All artworks are printed with beautiful Epson inks onto the highest quality art paper. Greeting cards are printed on high quality Vellum board.
If you love an artwork but the size is not suitable for your space, please contact Robyn with the name of the artwork and the size you would prefer. Robyn will quote on customising the artwork to your size specifications.
