Stream elf A5 print by Seralune

My process is very fluid, I might start with simply a single line indicating the rhythm I want the painting to have, or I might start with a mood board and character design sketch. I might start with a background or I might start with a gesture drawing. Once I have a sketch I will usually fill in the canvas with a dark colour on which I can layer colours and paint the light as I begin to refine my vision into a reality. This is all done with an iPad and Apple Pencil.To turn my paintings into various items I will then need to use a selection tool to cut out the part I want to use for the design and print them on different materials.
