━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Say sayōnara to boring food.
Six-Eyed Scorpion’s Crispy Chilli Oil adds depth-of-flavour to any dish.

It’s our winning recipe of crispy shallots, garlic, two types of chilli flakes, and a plethora of fragrant aromatics.
The result? An unparalleled balance of spicy, salty, sweet, and savoury deliciousness.

The perfect oomph to whatever your heart and stomach desires: brunch foods, pizza, pasta, dumplings, noodles, eggs, salads – we really could keep going with this list…

Spice Level: 6/10
Full-on flavour, followed by a light kick of heat.

A true labour of love, every batch starts with hand-peeling over 40kg of Tasmanian shallots. They are then fried in small batches (along with the garlic) to golden-brown perfection. Once all the shallots and garlic are fried, the oil is then infused with a plethora of aromatics, before being poured onto our signature spice mix.The result? The most addictive chilli condiment you can have in your pantry.
Once opened, we highly recommend keeping our chilli oil in the fridge for maximum crunch.
