‘Isolation View’

‘Isolation View’ explores the reflections invoked by the artist’s most common view during the COVID-19 pandemic; the view from their bedroom window. The use of oil pastels and recycled cardboard reflects the artist’s newfound appreciation for being grateful for what they already have. The piece is a reminder to embrace small moments to the fullest, as we never know when we’ll be stuck looking out of our bedroom windows again.
