I’m Ren, and I create whimsical handmade goods that bring a touch of magic to everyday life. Fueled by a love of folklore and fantasy, I craft everything from cheeky medieval greeting cards to decorative spell jars, illustrated zines, and TTRPG accessories. Using sustainable practices and upcycled materials wherever possible, each piece is designed to spark imagination and make people smile. My work celebrates the weird, wonderful, and slightly unhinged.

Of Aissance celebrates the whimsical intersection of folklore and fantasy, creating handmade goods for people who crave escapism and wonder. Through zines, greeting cards, TTRPG accessories, potions, and upcycled trinkets, my work is for customers who value sustainability and storytelling. Using reclaimed materials to create unique treasures, each piece is designed to make people smile and think “I could create something magical too”.

Process

I hand-illustrate each card design using research from authentic medieval manuscripts and folklore. Zines combine my original writing with illustrated layouts. All trinkets upcycle discarded materials found at op shops (and sometimes bins) into something magical. Small batch production ensures every piece is unique and handcrafted.

Custom orders

Custom D&D minis for your party – $20 per player (minimum 3 players). Bespoke spell jars perfect for party favors or events – starting at $15 each (minimum 6). Custom art projects also available – just get in touch to discuss your ideas and I’ll provide a quote. 50% deposit required to begin work.
