Hello, I’m Allen, an artist based in Melbourne. Mybot_Studio creates unique steampunk robot series, which contain keychains, bag charms, and earrings. Each of these little robots is carefully designed and handcrafted, made from a combination of wood and metal components. I hope each bot can become your little friend, ready to share life’s journey and adventures with you.
These robots are more than just decorations; each tiny mechanism and detail is full of interactive elements—almost as if they’re waiting for you to explore them. Touch the wooden textures, play with the small metal parts, and feel the unique tactile experience that instantly bring you back to a childlike world of wonder.
Each little robot is crafted from high-hardness woods such as African Blackwood, African Padauk, and Purple Heart Wood. With time and handling, their texture gradually becomes smoother and more refined. Each little robot is carefully hand-sanded, and due to the complexity of the parts, each one is uniquely crafted to achieve its own distinctive shape and style.
